1. What payment methods do you accept?

Please note: We do not accept cash on delivery (COD) or bank transfers.

2. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it.
After this period, your order will enter processing and can no longer be canceled.

3. How long does it take to process and deliver my order?

Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday)
Delivery time: 5–7 business days (Monday – Friday), depending on the destination.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM GMT will be processed the same day.

4. How do returns work?

You may return products within 30 days of receipt, provided that:

Items are in their original condition with all tags and packaging.
Items show no signs of use.

Returns are always at the sender’s risk, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is defective). Always use a track & trace code for your return.

5. When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received and approved your return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

6. What should I do if I received the wrong item or size?

If you receive the wrong item or size, we will send you the correct product free of charge. Please contact our customer service team at info@besoni-fashion.com.
